I enjoyed your South America Backpacking article. Just enough information to be useful with out the filler found in many blog sites. Good and very useful information for the traveler in that part of the world. Nice selection of pictures too

loved it! Such a wealth of info on S. America. The Bolivia salt flats are on my must see list.

Plus – I totally agree with Craig and Linda when it comes to couchsurfing – it’s WONDERFUL – and time consuming socially. All great if you simply plan a few down days without surfing in between.

So refreshing to see such in depth articles about your travels. This must surely encourage more people to take time out for a bckpacker or long stay trip. Just wanted to remind eveyone that taking out suitable travel insurance with repatriation cover is so important especially when travelling to some countries where the medical costs are prohibitive.
