I made a tour in Peru last year and I was delighted with its food, its people and all the tourist attraction it has. I could know so many places like Cusco, Puno, Arequipa, Lima and Trujillo that have history and important archaeological sites. For me this trip it wouldn´t be the same without Libertador Hotels, one of the most important hotel chains in Peru. If you have the opportunity to travel to this amazing country you must stay in this hotel. For more information you can visit its website www.libertador.com.pe

@ Alex
Sorry but I don't have any tips on flying between Ecuador and Peru - my own trip was in Ecuador and Joanne's was in Peru, so not much useful info to tell from us.

I loved Ecuador though - you could check out some of my posts about what I did in Ecuador

Have a great time

Heather, I see that Joanne was flying lots within the same country... I was wondering if you have any info to share on cheap flights between Quito and Cuzco that one can find within the country... Most airlines you can find online like Lan or Taca are quite pricey... Any help or connections from anyone is much appreciated. I am traveling in November to Ecuador first, then Peru. Sincerely, Alex : )

Heather, your commentary made me laugh so hard! If I saw this photo without any text or story attached to it, I would have looked and forgot all about it the next hour. But your candid commentary is what made this Photo Friday shot so amusing! Thanks!

Sean, if you're out there I hope you'll forgive me for using this less than flattering picture - my friend Joanne assured me that you were always game for a laugh and wouldn't mind:)

Ah...so fashion-right!
Reminds me of the gear they have you wear when you visit Niagara Falls (Canada/US border) on the Maid of the Mist boat. You really do need the big ol' plastic wear!

Good point about the Ponchos...also very useful for water rides at theme parks. The more portable the better!

LOL - thanks for sharing what could potentially be a humiliating moment for Sean (though he looks like he has a good sense of humor).
