TravelMole Web UK awards 2009 – vote for Heather on her travels

If you enjoy my travel blog, I hope you’ll vote for me in the latest TravelMole Web awards. The Travelmole web awards are for travel websites which are catering for the UK market, and so far the number of UK based travel bloggers is small compared to the numbers in the US and worldwide. The Travel blog category is new for this year so let’s hope the award will promote some UK based Travel bloggers like myself.
In order to vote, please go to the Travel Mole site nomination page, click on the categories tab, find the travel blog category in the drop down and find Heather on her travels, then rate my site and also leave a comment if you wish. If you haven’t used the site before you may have to set up a log in which only takes a couple of minutes.
On line nominations and voting take place until 10 June and then a panel of judges will select the winner in each category from the shortlist.
I’d really appreciate your vote, as I’d love to take my travel articles to a wider audience and raise my profile in the UK and around the blogsphere. Thanks so much for your support.

after seeing this great blog i would have loved to vote for you in travel mole contest but i think the contest is over now as i cant find the catagory yet.But i will surely appreciate you for your efforts which you have done for this nice blog.Keep it up.

Thanks for the kind words – That particular contest is over for this year, but hopefully I’ll be nominated for some other award in the future. As I do all this as well as a full time job, it’s nice to have a bit of recognition that these awards can bring.
