I am looking to eat traditional Bavarian food while visiting Munich next week.In particular, my hairdresser who was raised in Germany (and lives now in Boston MA USA) told me I must try crispy pork knuckle. I saw your picture of the pork roasting. Do you have a recommendation for a restaurant?
