My 5 favourite everything in Bristol

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while you’ll know that I live in Bristol and take any opportunity to tell people what a great place it is, both to live and to visit. Bristol really is a city that has something for everyone, from a historic harbour to boutique shopping and restaurants with a vibrant arts and cultural scene and some gritty edges that keep it interesting.

I often get asked to write about Bristol from an insider’s perspective, having lived here now for over 25 years. It was my pleasure to write about some of my favourite things to see and do in Bristol for Cheapflights.ca – you can read my Insider’s guide to Bristol on their website.

In my guide I pick out my 5 favourite scenic spots to take photos, 5 restaurants only a local would know, 5 dishes Bristolians can’t get enough of, 5 cool outdoor activities and 5 of my favourite local bars and clubs. Where are they? You’ll just have to head over to my article to take a look – here’s the link again to my Insider’s guide to Bristol.

If you live in Bristol too or have visited, I’d love to hear what you make of my choices. Are they your favourites too or are there some cool places I’ve missed? If so, please do add your recommendations in the comments.
