Really pretty, well decorated welcome reception and seating areas. Room small but great for weekend break, facility to sit on roof terrace although no real view. Bed comfortable. Staff very helpful and entry check in very good. All instructions clear and very nice they allow access to kitchen to “help yourself” to fruit, cakes etc. fantastic location which accesses all the main visitor attractions. Highly recommend for city break. Very friendly helpful staff.

Good small hotel close to everything. Located in a small, quiet street. Very friendly staff, but only a few speak English. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean everywhere. Was promised a balcony but got a French balcony. Close to the airport bus stop.

The facility is in the center of the city. Regardless, no noise is heard from outside. Breakfast is prepared for each guest, freshly prepared eggs, coffee, tea. If you are leaving before breakfast time (early in the morning), you can use the kitchen yourself. Bathroom equipped with everything you need. The rooms are not big but contain everything you need.

Extremely friendly and nice service. The location was perfect for me, within walking distance to basically all the places we planned to visit. The hotel itself is atmospheric, pleasantly decorated, it was nice to come back after a day in the city. The breakfasts were very good and in a very nice atmosphere, we lacked nothing. The availability of a kitchen and the ability to make our own breakfast when we had to check out quite early in the morning is also a great option.

This is an absolute gem hidden away just off the one of the main streets. I absolutely loved everything about it. It’s quirky, stylish, unique, just brilliant. María looks after you perfectly, the rooms are gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, just everything about it was perfect. You’re only a few minutes walk from the cathedral, the water for boat trips, hop on hop off bus, bus to the airport etc.

Maria ( and Ana) were wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail and their friendly welcoming demeanour were very apparent. Even though they didn't speak much English at all their charming personalities made up for it ( fortunately a lady who did speak English could be easily reached through Whatsapp. Also a very helpful Info Centre was metres away from the hotel). I stayed on the top level where rooms 6 and 7 are located. If you have sleep issues like me I would recommend. Rooms 1 and 2 right beside morning breakfast tables. Location was perfect. May be a bit noisy during peak tourist season but I would expect that at such a time.
